If you feel stressed or sleepyat office or workplace..Thats normal..Don’t worry because I have a nice tip to relief stress. Its only take a few minutes to do this simple exercise. You can do it anywhere even inside the toilet at your workplace..
So..Lets begin..Please follow the step exactly like was showed inside the pictures.

This move is a bit like taichi. Yes..Not only taichi master do this, even my cat can do it..Don’t be so exited yet since this is only the intro..

Ok..Now, Copy this movement slowly. It can relief the pain at the shoulder and neck..Feel better..? Alright..Next step…

wa..wa.. aaa…. (its ok if you want to sing along while doing the exercise…)

Move to the right..And move to the left.. hohohoh..

Move to the left…And move to the right.. Oyeah!! Oyeah!!

just follow the move..Just don’t broke your own neck then everything will be alright..

Hit your head very hard.. This is good to get rid of sleepy feeling..

Ok now move your hand and body…Just act like you are having a good time..Happy!!

Shake your feet and body a bit..Act like you does not have any problem at all..

OK, Now we start doing it a bit agressive..Just do it and don’t bother what people want to say..

Relief all the stress away~~
